Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in Computer Science or Engineering
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or any other related subject or completion of relevant certification coursework.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Strong Programming Skill,Strong Communication Skill in English
∎ Skills Required: Algorithms, Android application development, JavaScript, MS SQL Server , Object Oriented Programming, PHP, SQLite
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Android application development, Backend Development, Data Structures, JavaScript, My SQL Server, Object Oriented Programming, PHP, SQLite
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design App. architecture and the functional requirements and software specifications.
∎ Design the process-flow/programming logic for each problem using industry standards.
∎ Design database using DBMS: SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
∎ Creating a database of nurses provided by Peoples Diagnostic & Hospital.
∎ Using GitHub to host all project files.
∎ Develop software code using Kotlin for Android users.
∎ Prepare detailed documentation like user and technical manuals, data dictionaries, etc.
∎ Setup production environment and perform back-end administrative tasks in order to utilize the software App.
∎ Train users on usage of software application and data capture devices.
∎ Install and setup the developed application on the required devices.
∎ Provide support for user queries related to the use of the implemented software.
∎ Routine testing and debugging for software.
∎ Determining system specifications and analyzing test stage data prior to software installation.
∎ Performing routine and corrective maintenance and monitoring performance metrics.
∎ Managing the installation and configuration of software solutions.
∎ Analyze software performance and configuration systems, and manage the deployment and integration of App.
∎ Evaluating software solution and system performance.
∎ Work can be performed remotely.
∎ Consulting with Onera Group's Vice President for Research and Development to determine software solution requirements.
∎ Collaborating with front end users on software functionality.
∎ Resolving software deployment and integration errors, and documenting processes.
∎ Keeping abreast of new software technologies, as well as conforming to best practices in cybersecurity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of experience as an App Developer/Programmer.
∎ Working experience in software development for Android OS and Web based platform using PHP.
∎ Strong knowledge using the last versions of Microsoft SQL Server, MySql and Sqlite database.
∎ Desirable knowledge in Kotlin, C#, APIs oriented architecture, .Net core, JavaScript and PHP.
∎ Knowledge of Laravel and Python is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and Object Oriented architectures and experience with database design using MySQL.
∎ Knowledge of best cybersecurity practices for software development.
∎ Knowledge of software technical documentation, standards and regulations.
∎ Must have good knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structure, and algorithm.
∎ Good understanding of front-end/back-end coding with best practices
∎ Experienced in PHP and advance JavaScript and cutting edge technologies.
∎ Professional experience with Laravel framework.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on relational (i.e.: MySQL) database design and scaling up DB with best practices.
∎ Design database and optimize queries for better performance.
∎ Must have good communication skills.
∎ Must be familiar with domain hosting and cloud hosting (AWS/Google cloud) and DevOps environment.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Full-time, contractual. Initially for 12 months with a possibility of extension subject to performance and company needs.

∎ Salary will be determined based on work experience and qualification.
