∎ Training/Trade Course: Submit If You Have Any One
∎ Skills Required: Others

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): airticket , Computer Operating, Education Counseling, Ms Office, Reservation/ Ticketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend customers & meet their travel requirements
∎ Ensure Reservation & Ticketing according to customer's requirement for Airlines, Hotel & others Packages
∎ Maintain and develop effective customer relationship
∎ Ensure Customer Service, Reservation & Ticketing and other front line activities
∎ Ensure IATA Customer Portal / BSP Link operation
∎ Ensure Ticketing information for re-issue / refund/ re-valid
∎ Must Possible, Have thorough sound knowledge in GDS specially in Galileo (Others Abacus & Amadeus)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ IATA Agency, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agengy, Visa Processing
∎ Must Possible, Have practical experience in Airline or Travel industry
∎ The applicant should have experience in Reservation & Ticketing
