∎ @cSkills Required: Visa processing, Air Ticketing and Visa processing,
∎ Training/Trade Course: @ Amadeus, Gelilior, saber GDS SYSTEM, Reservation and ticketing @ Skills Required: GDS SYSTEM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Ticketing, Tourism, Travel Agency, Visa Processing, Work as a travel agency or relevant work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ @ Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
∎ @ Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline's Promotional offers.
∎ @ Making and confirming bookings, often via a Global Distribution System (GDS)
∎ @ Make online reservation tour packages.
∎ @ Providing visas and other necessary documents to valuable clients.
∎ @ Supporting office administration.
∎ @ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ @ Promoting and marketing the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ @Age 23 to 30 years
∎ @Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ @The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Ticketing, Amadeus, GDS SYSTEM, Reservation/ Ticketing
∎ Fresher are no need to apply.
∎ @For Reservation Officer OTA background candidates will be preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Ticketing, Reservation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent.
∎ @Proven working experience in a Reservation & Ticketing Department.
∎ @Excellent knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo.
∎ Must have knowledge about issues, reissues, and refunds.
∎ Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking).
∎ Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
∎ Good Communication skills (both oral and written).
∎ An outgoing, confident and energetic personality.
∎ A friendly and approachable manner.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be positive to extra working hours.
∎ Must have to be experienced with air ticketing software GDS
∎ Must have knowledge of advanced programming in computers.
∎ Strong knowledge of networking and HTML, CSS
