Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities:
- Sell tickets and reservations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct market visits, identify potential clients, and create opportunities for sales.
- Monitor and track sales targets on individual, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Provide regular air product training to Sales Department to enhance accuracy in communication with guests and minimize administrative errors.
- Participate in post-tour review meetings to assess performance and gather feedback.
- Maintain all necessary ARC and IATA accreditation documents to ensure compliance.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Airlines and GDS personnel.
- Support Visa and Package Tour Processing Sector as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and requests promptly and courteously, seeking effective solutions.
- Monitor market fares and recommend adjustments based on various factors.
- Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to optimize margins and improve guest value.
- Remain updated on regulatory and security issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Ensure quality control in air reservations to minimize errors.
- Promote additional services or special packages to increase sales.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including invoicing and maintaining accounts.
- Handle corporate client communication through email and other channel.
- Stay updated on airline/travel notices and circulars, disseminating relevant information to relevant teams.
- Perform any other duties as directed by higher management.
- Generate monthly P&L reports and other relevant KPIs relating to department activity.
- Address issues that may impact bookings or reservations effectively
- Report to the Operations Manager.
