Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sell tickets and reservations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Conduct market visits, identify potential clients, and create opportunities for sales.
  3. Monitor and track sales targets on individual, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  4. Provide regular air product training to Sales Department to enhance accuracy in communication with guests and minimize administrative errors.
  5. Participate in post-tour review meetings to assess performance and gather feedback.
  6. Maintain all necessary ARC and IATA accreditation documents to ensure compliance.
  7. Cultivate and maintain relationships with Airlines and GDS personnel.
  8. Support Visa and Package Tour Processing Sector as needed.
  9. Handle customer complaints and requests promptly and courteously, seeking effective solutions.
  10. Monitor market fares and recommend adjustments based on various factors.
  11. Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to optimize margins and improve guest value.
  12. Remain updated on regulatory and security issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
  13. Ensure quality control in air reservations to minimize errors.
  14. Promote additional services or special packages to increase sales.
  15. Manage daily administrative tasks, including invoicing and maintaining accounts.
  16. Handle corporate client communication through email and other channel.
  17. Stay updated on airline/travel notices and circulars, disseminating relevant information to relevant teams.
  18. Perform any other duties as directed by higher management.
  19. Generate monthly P&L reports and other relevant KPIs relating to department activity.
  20. Address issues that may impact bookings or reservations effectively
  21. Report to the Operations Manager.
