Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• At least 3 years

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence projects, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI/ML development frameworks.

• Experience with medical datasets such as EHRs, medical imaging (CT, MRI), or genomics data.

• Strong background in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and deep learning techniques.

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and best practices for AI ethics in healthcare.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence, with a passion for healthcare innovation. You will develop and deploy machine learning models that drive our healthcare products, improving diagnosis, patient outcomes, and workflow efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to support healthcare-related products and services.
• Work closely with product managers and healthcare professionals to define AI use cases that enhance patient care and optimize operational workflows.
• Process, analyze, and interpret complex medical data, including patient records, imaging data, and clinical reports.
• Build AI-driven systems for predictive analytics, diagnostics, and personalized healthcare recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into Lifeplus BD’s software applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and their application in healthcare.
• Ensure the AI/ML models comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Test, validate, and continuously improve model performance for accuracy and reliability in a medical context.
