• HSC

• Age 20 to 40 years

1. Model Development & Training

• Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models

• Work with algorithms such as CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, LLMs

• Optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

2. Data Handling & Feature Engineering

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets

• Perform feature extraction and selection

• Handle structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data (text, images, audio)

3. AI System Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end AI pipelines

• Integrate AI models into production systems

• Choose appropriate frameworks and tools based on business needs

4. Deployment & MLOps

• Deploy models using REST APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms

• Monitor model performance and handle model drift

• Automate training, testing, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD for ML)

5. Research & Innovation

• Stay updated with latest AI research and tools

• Experiment with new architectures and techniques

• Translate research papers into practical solutions
