Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in Accounting/Finance from a reputed University/Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall accounting, finance, and revenue related matters of the company.
∎ Analyzes financial statements and prepares reports and recommendations to Top Management concerning financial performance.
∎ Overall responsibilities of management reporting covering all financial aspects.
∎ Understand financial laws, tax implications, regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain.
∎ Provide necessary finance data/information to the Management as needed.
∎ Responsible for developing the Financial Audit Report in annual basis.
∎ Ensure internal Accounting, Auditing & Reporting Standards of the company.
∎ Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
∎ Preparing Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
∎ Team management including monitoring, developing, directing and building an effective team dynamic.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Total 15 years of experience, minimum 8-10 years' experience with reputed pharmaceutical companies is MUST.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
∎ Very good analytical ability.
