∎ 7 to 11 year(s)

Accounts, Audit, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for the development and coordination of the company's internal auditing activities.
∎ Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures, and program.
∎ Review of accounting procedures.
∎ Survey functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations
∎ Supervise or conduct independent audits of company's records and activities, and prepare varied analyses of the dept.
∎ Supervise, conduct, and report on the testing and adequacy of the company's internal controls over financial reporting.
∎ Investigate and determine causes of irregularities, and errors.
∎ Recommend corrective action and suggest improvement.
∎ Advise top management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors on audit, and internal control matters.
∎ Design and implement Audit plan and program for Internal Audit to test the efficiency of all aspect of acc. andl controls.
∎ To test compliance requirements and report their own.
∎ Maintain liaison and closely work with VAT regulators and solve the barriers related to company VAT issues.
∎ Ensure maintaining VAT register and records including Musak-1, Musak-6, Musak-9, Musak-10, Musak-11, Musak-16, Musak-17, Musak-18, Musak-19 and other books and paper records related to VAT.
∎ Manage all kinds of corresponding work with VAT & Customs authority (Circle, Division, Commissionerate & N.B.R etc.)
∎ Prepare and submit various VAT related reports as required.
∎ Monitor VAT payment, Submission of VAT return and other documents to VAT authority in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure appeal submission & hearing attendance for any kind of dispute about VAT & Customs related matter at Commissionerate, Appeal Commissionerate, Appealate Tribunal & ADR.
∎ Handle VAT case related works and maintain liaison with lawyer(s) about VAT & Custom cases.
∎ Handle VAT audit (by VAT authorities) as and when scheduled and maintain Liaison with VAT circle office.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
