• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor`s/ Master`s in Marketing from a reputed university.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• Age At least 35 years

• Experience in Poly Sales and Marketing.

• Good Communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Demonstrate confident `Can Do` attitude and demonstrate a passion for sales.

• Self-motivated and able to work alone and within a team.

• Analytical judgment, Pro-activeness.

• Develop new clients and liaise with present clients to achieve sales plan;

• Get sample and submit to buyer and ensure approval of sample from buyer;

• Maintain working procedure to obtain and maintain buyer nomination;

• Work to get order, LC collection, and collect Party Acceptance (PA);

• Maintain all necessary records, documents, and databases;

• Involve and engage in projects, initiatives, and events that are assigned by the Management, which is necessary for the greater well-being of the organization;

• Update order collection in ERP and inform the production unit and customer service with sample and delivery data;
