  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in sales/business development

Responsibilities & Context:

AGM – Sales & Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing strategic business opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable revenue and profitability by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to accelerate long-term growth.

  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring retention, upselling, and long-term strategic value.

  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, mentor, and align the sales and business development team to achieve targets through disciplined execution and collaboration.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate sales reporting, CRM discipline, and compliance with company policies, contracts, and governance standards.
