Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
∎ Manage and lead the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
∎ Develop and execute product launch plans, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
∎ Build and maintain a strong brand image and reputation in the market.
∎ Ensure that sales and marketing activities are aligned with company values, culture, and goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Real Estate Company.
∎ Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
∎ Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
