Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor/ Diploma of Textile, Industrial Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Improve factory growth by reducing Man: Machine ratio and incorporating/introducing multi-function hi-tech machines and equipment.
∎ Figure out deviations and assists managerial in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning, information support and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
∎ Provide the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiencies.
∎ Ensures adequate motivation and retention of workers.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Must be practical and implement IE concepts-environment to improve productivity.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ To monitor production plan bring it in line with capacity & strength.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all style.
∎ Develop and foster comprehensive ICT based MIS for optimum automation practices.
∎ Set /arrange factory for full compliance, based on current trend of massive change & modification management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Experience in a reputed organization with 5 years’ experience in senior Management level
∎ 5 years’ experience in Production track of Woven Tops only in senior position.
∎ Should have experience in handling independently full production and quality system of a reputed RMG manufacturing unit in similar position.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers and staff.
∎ Must have excellent planning and organizing skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality Control and Industrial Engineering.
∎ Applicants from foreign nationals or national with foreign extensive experience minimum 05 years will get priority.
