Responsibilities & Context:
AGM–Operation overseas core operational functions, ensures process efficiency, manages resources and people, and delivers targets related to cost, quality, productivity, and compliance. The role usually reports to the General Manager / Managing Director / COO.
Key Responsibilities-
Operational Management: Lead and control end-to-end daily operations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and target achievement across all functions.
Strategic Execution: Translate organizational strategy into actionable operational plans with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Financial & Cost Control: Manage operational budgets and cost structures to maximize efficiency, profitability, and financial discipline.
Team & Performance Management: Build, lead, and hold teams accountable for high performance, productivity, and leadership development.
Quality, Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operational excellence through strong quality standards, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation.
Coordination & Reporting: Drive cross-functional coordination and deliver accurate, timely operational insights to senior leadership.
Continuous Improvement: Lead process optimization and improvement initiatives to enhance scalability, speed, and operational excellence.
