Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters in any discipline preferably in Marketing from any public or private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR.
∎ Plan, organize and monitor the Marketing & sales activities.
∎ Plan and implement sales and customer development & retention.
∎ Develop plan for penetration of products in the market.
∎ Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
∎ Contribute to formulation of policy and strategy for Sales & Marketing.
∎ Deal with the Buyer independently for all the marketing activities including price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for all the marketing activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & delivery planning.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and commitment with the time line given by Buyers/customers.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team for on time delivery
∎ Manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures and policy.
∎ Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments.
∎ Select and manage external agencies.
∎ Manage new business development.
∎ Conduct regular marketing research with an objective to remain updated about the industry.
∎ Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities.
∎ Understand & analyze customer complaints & grievances and communicate with management for taking remedial actions at plant, if necessary.
∎ Take proactive measures to prevent any customer complaint.
∎ Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in Spinning/Polyester Filament yarn marketing.
∎ Strong understanding of the market conditions and trends
∎ Must have excellent negotiation & communication skills.
