We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of AGM/ Manager (Accounts & Finance) for Bashundhara Industrial Economic Zone Ltd.(BIEZL), Mirsharai, Chattogram.
∎ The Position is expected to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities which includes establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing, managing & controlling the activities of Accounts & Finance department of BIEZL.
∎ Manage, plan & organize the financial operation of the company including financial planning, budgeting & analysis, controller ship & revenue cycle functions.
∎ Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested.
∎ Maintaining close liaison with financial institutions like - banks, leasing, insurance company etc.
∎ Assure compliance of financial operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards.
∎ Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, production output/result and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
∎ The incumbent should have adequate knowledge on financial control mechanism, companies act, Tax & VAT law, Audit process & have sufficient experience with computerized accounting system.
∎ Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor related to Accounts & Finance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 10 years’ experience in Manufacturing Industries located under BEPZA/ BEZA/EPZ.
∎ Working experience in Chemical & Steel Industries will get preference.
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills for communicating details about events properly.
∎ Having managerial, critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, strategic planning, and other related business skills is crucial.
∎ Should have excellent skills in management prioritization and specifically be experienced in delivery strategic plan & goals, knowledge of the international sporting landscape etc.
Salary: Negotiable
