Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ • Masters in Social Science/ HR/ Public Administration from any renowned University.
∎ • Having PGDHR/ PGDPM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Administration, HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ • Administering/ ensuring the factory management on worker recruitment and selection activities.
∎ • Involving in recruitment for senior level positions of the Factory.
∎ • Designing Compensation and Benefits package for the employees and workers of the factory.
∎ • Following up and accomplishing the activities of employee's Confirmation. Extension, Promotion, Warning, Show Cause, Enquiry Notice & Report, Dismissal Letter and so on.
∎ • Preparing letters and memos, formal Report writing & maintain Documentation.
∎ • Supervising on preparing job descriptions and Job specification.
∎ • Checking carefully the monthly payroll/increment sheet of existing manpower.
∎ • Supervising on training needs assessment, Preparing training modules & Arrange training program.
∎ • Overseeing the performance evaluation systems.
∎ • Maintaining and Updating the company policy and Code of Conduct of the factory as per management requirement.
∎ • Preparing Strategic HR Planning.
∎ • Ensuring worker Grievances are resolve with caring approach and as per organization policy and Labor law.
∎ • Conducting employee separation process.
∎ • Maintaining liaison with concerned Govt. offices.
∎ • Performing all sorts of Admin related activities of the factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Factory HR Administration, General HR, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance Career Management, Recruitment Selection, Training Development
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies, Garments
∎ • Should have sound knowledge and idea about Labor Law/amendments.
∎ • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Human Resources Department of the Factory.
∎ • As a part of job the candidate must be fluent in English both in written and verbal.
