Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the organization's overall financial strategy in alignment with its goals and objectives.
∎ Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and optimize investment opportunities to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
∎ Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
∎ Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies
∎ Manage the organization's debt portfolio, including refinancing and negotiating debt agreements.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to make strategic financial decisions that support the organization's growth and financial health.
∎ Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements to enhance overall financial performance.
∎ Establish and maintain robust financial governance processes to ensure the integrity of financial operations.
∎ To manage the short-term & long-term financial planning, accounts receivable and payable etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Education Background: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, ACA) are preferred
∎ At least 8-10 years of Extensive experience in finance and treasury roles, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic decision-making
