∎ Candidate must be a CC/ Chartered Accountant with Masters in Accounting/Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall financial management to achieve the company's short and long-term goals.
∎ Ensure all accounting tasks and transactions are completed in a timely manner.
∎ Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
∎ Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
∎ Assist in auditing activities by providing the necessary information.
∎ Analyze and evaluate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, cost sheets, etc.
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance & Accounts Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, cost, and profit analysis, etc.
∎ Take responsibility for properly keeping records of revenues, expenses, funds at hand & bank, general ledger, payable/receivable, payroll, etc.
∎ Monitoring of Cash flow & Fund flow as per company policy.
∎ Implement a proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring all financial transactions.
∎ Manage and comply with Govt. reporting requirements and VAT, Tax return filings.
∎ Identify areas of inefficiency, areas of potential cost reduction and take necessary initiatives to improve.
∎ Has to be familiar with the accounting software of 'Tally and ERP'.
