Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main responsibility in quality full fabrics delivery to garments by communications with Dyeing production, dyeing finishing, Dyeing Planning, monitoring of product and process Establishing and maintain identification and traceability required.
∎ Finished Fabrics support as per garments line plan.
∎ Ensuring that the quality standard is being met by the buyer.
∎ Arranging Fabrics from inside and outside knit factory according to given schedule.
∎ Supervise, Monitor, oversee, and ensure the overall functions of the Knitting and dyeing.
∎ Controlling nonconformity products at the intermediate and final stages in the knitting Dyeing stage.
∎ Ensuring Gray fabrics quality in knitting stage and the sent to be Dyeing.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality related issues and implement corrective action.
∎ Liaison with Buyer understood specifies quality requirement and ensuring their expectations are met.
∎ Knitting Programming, Design Formation, Yarn Selection, Día Selection. Expert in developing any knitted design. Expert in using modern Yarns like Polyester Blended, Special Yarns, Decorative Yarns, Technical Yarns etc. Ensure maximum Production with 100% Quality achievement. Quality at the source is my Belief.
∎ Responsible for ensuring the execution from planning to on-time delivery for each and every order by maintaining the highest degree of quality.
∎ Proper understanding of buyers' fabric requirements and delivery of them within the time frame as per T&A.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the entire fabric dyeing process is going on by following SOPs and by maintaining good quality.
∎ Direct monitoring of the Dyeing Batch Plan
∎ Supervise Lab Functionality, Testing Results, Approvals etc.
∎ Develop new Samples using new ideas, innovation, new technology, new materials, etc.
∎ Establishing SOP in each and every operation.
∎ To be responsible for bringing Work Orders for financial support to run the units.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ . Minimum 20 years' experience including 10 years' experience as same position.
∎ • In depth knowledge on fabrics production including knitting, dying,
∎ • Analytical skills of understanding the Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing Process and minimizing the rejections.
∎ • Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ • Self-confident, smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure.
∎ • Should have excellent people management skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
