Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ B.Com & M.Com (Accounting),
∎ CA (CC), ITPCA (CC), ITP
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC,ACMA
∎ Skills Required: ACA/ ACMA, CA CC, Tally Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost and budget, factory management, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Reporting, Tally Software, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture Manufacturer, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee & Reviewing the issuance of financial information like Financial Report (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly), Management Report & BOD requirements.
∎ Prepare Yearly Budget Report as per company or BOD requirement.
∎ Analyzing Intra and inter departmental workflows; planning and coordinating the implementation of new customized Tally ERP software.
∎ Ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning in the inventory and fixed assets transaction cycle.
∎ Preparing & forecasting the 'Operating Plan' for the company.
∎ Prepare & review all revenue, Direct Cost, OPEX & CAPEX.
∎ Oversee the company's transaction processing systems
∎ Implement operational best practices.
∎ Manage the Treasury & Funds.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing departmental work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Integrate financial, personnel and operations initiatives to lead with success.
∎ Providing information within the shortest possible time to the Management.
∎ Good communication skill in both Bengali and English

∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good Computer skill, especially in MS Office, Power point
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 80000 (Monthly)
