Salary: Tk. 130000 - 160000 (Monthly)

• Responsible for overall activities of both import & export section (procuring raw materials to shipping finished goods) of commercial department

• Ensure licenses are up-to-date and commercial proceedings are adhering to trade & custom laws/procedure

• Ensure smooth operations of shipment as well as fund management activities in coordination with various departments like Marketing & Merchandising, Accounts & Finance etc.

• Responsible for prepare & submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the management for necessary action

• Establish effective communication channel with forwarders, shipping companies, logistics providers, government offices, local liaison offices of the buyer, audit firms, bank, etc. to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods and other operations

• Verify and manage all necessary documentation for import and export, including packing lists, invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin

• Oversee the opening and management of L/Cs, ensure timely payment realizations, and handle any related issues with banks

• Keep accurate records of all import and export transactions and prepare reports for management

• Ensure Utilization Declaration are collected from respective authorities timely for smooth export of goods

• Responsible to collect related documents and timely submission of those for bill realization

• Ensure all types of payment realization & disbursement of the funds in a timely manner
