∎ CA Partly Qualified.
∎ Masters in Accounting from public university will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange proper implementation of approved budget and keep strong watch over financial management including general control of expenditures.
∎ Supervise and monitor collection of dues, paying for expenses and maintaining all books of accounts.
∎ Supervise and control work of the Accounts department.
∎ Check statement of Accounts, maintain the ledger and Bank Statement with reconciliation.
∎ Prepare all financial reports of the Association.
∎ Maintaining documents, records and resources of the Association.
∎ Identify, develop and suggest revenue generation programs and events.
∎ Oversee the compliance of any contractual obligations the Association may need to fulfill.
∎ Deal with all matters pertaining to the Finance Standing Committee.
∎ Ensure audit of the Accounts as per procedure.
∎ Discharge any assignments as may be given by the superior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc)
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bengali.
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure.
