Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Finance
∎ Having professional qualifications will get preference e.g., CA(CC)/ACCA/CMA (Partly Qualified). Candidates must have sound knowledge of Tally ERP 9 & Prime.
∎ Skills Required: Tally ERP 9 Prime
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Planning.
∎ Plan and develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.
∎ Maintain and administer company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, and cash & fund flow statement.
∎ Maintain bills & vouchers and ensure posting on ERP software.
∎ Check sales orders and prepare customer aging report.
∎ Prepare report on customer overdue and follow up with sales team.
∎ Reconcile bank accounts with the accounts receivable ledger.
∎ Analyze inventory reports and maintain standard procurement SOP (standard operating procedure).
∎ Analyze and interpret variances (Budget vs. Actual) on monthly basis.
∎ Maintain and update fixed asset and their periodic depreciation on the register.
∎ Assist in statutory auditing, L/C related activities and Fund management.
∎ Conduct internal audit independently and maintain record.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, year-end closing and different kinds of financial reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ At least 10 years experience in relevant field is preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments & Textile.
∎ The candidate must have the following Professional Competencies:
∎ Progressive experience in the Accounts department preferably in a manufacturing company.
∎ Excellent knowledge of the English language, and ability to communicate with foreigners independently.
∎ Good knowledge of Tally ERP 09/ Tally Prime software is a must.
∎ Develop compliance processes and management leadership knowledge.
∎ Ability to correspond with banks and financial institutes to process credit lines etc.
∎ Prepare monthly/half-yearly/quarterly financial statements.
∎ Up-to-date monthly collection and area-wise target achievement report & Monitor all payment procedures.
∎ Oversees bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Supervise accounts receivable to minimize the aging of the outstanding balance.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively so as to meet simultaneous deadlines
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Perseverance and results orientation
