About the Role:
Agilibo GmbH, Germany are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master with a passion for driving agile transformations and a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies. As part of our team, you will be working on Agilibo SaaS, a cutting-edge platform designed to enable Agile Transformation at scale. If you have a knack for coaching teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and continuously improving processes, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure the team follows Scrum principles.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Drive the successful adoption and scaling of agile practices across teams using Agilibo SaaS.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and customize agile methodologies as per team needs.
Support product development teams in breaking down complex initiatives into manageable user stories and tasks.
Work with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
Contribute to the development and refinement of Agilibo SaaS by providing insights and feedback based on your hands-on experience in Agile coaching.
Monitor and report on key Agile metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, with a proven track record of guiding teams through agile transformations.
Advanced Scrum certification (PSM II, Advanced CSM, or equivalent) is mandatory.Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and understanding of scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
Hands-on experience in remote team facilitation and collaboration.Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.Passion for Agile and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working on SaaS platforms, particularly those focusing on Agile Transformation.
Familiarity with Agilibo or similar Agile transformation tools.
