Job Responsibilities:
∎ About the role : We are looking for an Advocacy and Communications Coordinator to play a key role in coordinating with partners, government authorities, business bodies, media and other stakeholders in implementing advocacy initiatives and campaign related activities. The post will also support relevant advocacy initiatives that link with Sightsavers thematic areas and other global processes.
∎ Closely working with the country programme team and the Global Advocacy team, the Advocacy and Communication Coordinator is responsible for taking a lead to manage and implement the advocacy component of Sightsavers programmes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A track record of developing and maintaining strong working relationships with and among a diverse group of stakeholders
∎ Knowledge on key stakeholder including government policies and procedures related to disability, health and education
∎ Experience in Project Cycle Management
∎ Experience in research work and documentation
∎ Advance knowledge on computer applications?such as Microsoft Office
