Educational Requirements:
∎ Post -Graduation with significant study in or pertinent to the specialized field (including but not limited to international law, development studies, economics, international relations, anthropology, sociology, political science, social work, public health, or humanitarian affairs) etc. Any degree from foreign universities will be highly appreciable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Report to: Director of Programs
∎ Contract Duration: 02 Years from Joining Date
∎ Working Conditions: Country Office and Project Locations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience including field work in the area of development project implementation in national or international development organization preferable in child rights-based organization.
∎ Proven working history of community engagement, partnership management and A&Y development project management is required.
∎ The candidate must have strong technical knowledge in the science and application of social and behavioral change in the area of adolescent and women rights, health services, youth and adolescent development and gender issues. Knowledge on project management and reporting.
∎ Experience working with program teams in developing humanitarian protection strategies and approaches that fit unique contexts.
∎ Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work cooperatively with team members
∎ Be patient and have team building attitude by being respectful to others
∎ Have skill to prioritize tasks under pressure and to understand the situation
∎ Capacity to deliver job timely and balance work-life
∎ Positive attitude, sensible and clear understanding of gender perspective
∎ Leadership Skills, Proactive and Empathetic
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving capacity
∎ Position requires both Bangla and English at standard level.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain contacts with government officials required
∎ Ability to build strong relationships with external factors such as with donors, partners and other important institutions and individuals
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills are essential part of the job. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, for effective advocacy and influence on policy makers
∎ Ability to formulate, implement and ensure the monitoring and the evaluation of projects / programs of development and resources mobilization
∎ Promotes knowledge management a learning environment in the office through leadership and personal example
∎ Actively works towards continuing personal learning and development and applies newly acquired skills
∎ Excellent analytical skills
∎ Emergency response program
∎ Good computer literacy with a full knowledge of office applications
Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary is BDT 1,00,786 (Taka One Lac Seven Hundred and Eighty-Six only).
Plus: Provident Fund (10% Contributory), Gratuity, 02 Festival Bonuses, Insurance, Leave Encashment and other admissible benefts as per Educo People and Culure Policy.
