We are looking for:
A detail-oriented and communicative individual to manage student applications and provide ethical counselling for multi-destination education pathways (Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK). This is a dual role combining administrative precision with student guidance.

Key Duties:

• Process student admissions: document collection, verification, and submission to international institutions.

• Conduct student counselling sessions for course selection, university applications, and visa pathway guidance.

• Ensure all documentation meets destination-specific compliance and audit standards.

• Maintain organized digital and physical student records and case files.

You must have:

• Professional Demeanor: Must be presentable, organised, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience: At least 1 year in administration, customer service, or counselling. (Freshers under 25 are welcome; candidates from Automotive, Telecom, Banking, or Sales backgrounds have no age limit).

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and PDF editing.

• Language: Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Location: Local citizens of Cumilla will be given the highest priority.
