∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Market Research Firms, University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the potential partnership opportunities with local institutes for UK universities.
∎ Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort
∎ Maintain existing business
∎ Plan strategically to assure project success
∎ This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual who wants to make a difference in students' life. You will join a dynamic international team and will be responsible for converting inquiries from students who are interested in studying in the UK, especially from Bangladeshi nationals. Your responsibilities would include converting inquiries into applications and then enrollments in our partner universities.
∎ Lead Call enquirers who registered/attended our Events
∎ You will also need to contact students via phone, email, or text.
∎ Meet and counseling the students to face to face
∎ Assess Inquiries / Applications Academic background
∎ Discuss Student options at the lead stage based on their financial suitability
∎ Attend Education Events in Bangladesh Regions.
∎ Plan Recruitment Trips in the target market
∎ Process Applications to UK University (UCAS, Online, portal)
∎ Manage your student application portfolio through regular follow up.
∎ Ability to forecast your application portfolio to a final enrollment to our operations team and partner universities through CRM
∎ Liaise with Visa & Compliance Team to convert students in an ethical and compliant manner.
∎ Ability to self motivate and self manage your student portfolio through positive relationship management.
∎ Ability to handle targets and work with the conversion team to reach & exceed goals
∎ Understand Conversion techniques to meet the target.
∎ Understanding of fast and timely response to increasing conversion.
∎ Liaise with our Partner Universities in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Understanding Entry requirements of studying in the UK. (Training provided)
∎ Understanding the different admissions policies of our competitors, partners & other universities (Training provided)
∎ Ability to work and lead a team to meet the targets.
∎ Ability to meet the deadline and have proper T&A task-oriented.
∎ Understanding different cultures, and working with students/colleagues/partners of different backgrounds

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Negotiable
