Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in any discipline from a reputed University
∎ At least 02 (Two) years of relevant experience at University or renowned institution.
∎ Working experience as an admission officer at University level get preference.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of MS Packages
∎ Strongly analytical skill and attention details
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to create and maintain detailed records
Job Responsibilities:
∎ CBUFT solicits applications for Admission Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
∎ To advise students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved
∎ To provide clarifications to student's queries in a professional manner.
∎ To provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms
∎ To analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies
∎ To arrange orientation programs, educational workshops and graduation programs for students
∎ To provide support to prepare admission related presentations and to host student receptions
∎ To maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to
∎ generate student reports for management whenever required.
∎ To provide support to the senior counsellor of the University when needed.
∎ To have a positive attitude in working with a team of the university.
∎ To provide quality service through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the University Authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound operating knowledge of MS Packages.
∎ Excellent oral, interpersonal and written skills
∎ Strong analytical skill and attention to detail
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to create and maintain detailed records
∎ Confident public speaker
