Microtech Technical Training Center is seeking a dynamic, persuasive, and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them toward the technical programs that best suit their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Provide detailed information to prospective students and parents regarding various technical courses, certifications, and career paths.

• Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and social media to convert leads into enrollments.

• Admission Processing: Guide students through the registration, documentation, and fee payment processes.

• Relationship Building: Maintain a positive relationship with current and prospective students to ensure high levels of satisfaction and word-of-mouth referrals.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position Microtech's programs.

• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment status in the company database.
