Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & manage the Office Assistant/support staff/Work Assistant/Cleaner/ Receptionist/Driver to ensure that the assigned tasks are completed in effective and timely manner.
∎ Control and allocation of official vehicle for respective sector/department/program.
∎ Organize/Arrange all types of meetings for senior management and others staff meetings as instructed.
∎ Oversee office maintenance and upkeep of furniture, sanitary items, wall paintings and civil aspects of the premise.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure
∎ Distribution and maintaining the register of worker dress, Mask, and other PPE, and ensure use of those through monitoring. .
∎ Others day to day administrative jobs assign by the Line Manager/Management.
∎ Provides day-to-day management support to the Administrative Department
∎ Assists office operations within the Administrative Department, including management of all office premises, travel and logistical arrangement, procurement.
∎ Ensure all office equipment is in working order
∎ Liaise with the other responsible departments to address issues related to personnel management and administration.
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in admin and logistic support is mandatory.
∎ Intermediate knowledge of computer software, particularly on MS Excel, MS Word (both Bangla & English).

∎ Age at most 40 years
