Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collate, record, reconcile and store all documentation received & generated by finance & supply chain management relating to asset management operations.
∎ Raising purchase request for assets & coordinate with finance & SCM to receive the asset & deliver on time.
∎ Purchasing and maintaining office supplies.
∎ Collect general ledger from finance & create asset list according to policy of World Vision.
∎ Ensure the safety, supplies and service of equipment.
∎ Monitor and manage office supplies, including stationery and other consumables.
∎ Ensure that all office facilities & equipment i.e photocopier, printers, UPSs, laptops, projectors etc. are functional at all times and be in charge of arranging any repairs, replacements & maintenance
∎ Custody of all office assets, their safety, insurance, tracking movements, regular updates of the asset register and spot check.
∎ While the assets physically counted and inspected by the inspection team, the Admin Officer shall ensure the verification with proper documentation.
∎ All the items shall be received through proper documentation i.e. delivery report form goods received note in coordination with finance & supply chain management unit.
∎ Admin officer shall stick asset tag and identification numbers on the newly arrived fixed assets.
∎ Maintain the assets accounting cycle i.e. receiving distributing movement and disposal.
∎ Identify obsolete assets and Initiate for disposal of assets as per policy.
∎ Manage stock of office supplies materials parts and other expendables to maintain required supply, maintain records replenish stock and plan for future requirements based on demand and forecasts.
∎ Admin Officer should apply and perform a periodically monitoring and physical check for the various assets as required.
∎ Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all asset.
∎ Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock.
∎ Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
∎ Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
∎ Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
∎ Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the housekeeping and maintenance of the building, both inside and outside.

∎ Strong interpersonal skills & customer service
∎ Self-Motivated
∎ Handyman
∎ Familiar with office assets and equipment
∎ Experience in office all type of mailing and asset maintenance
∎ Experience in customs bill checking & process
∎ Minimum of 2 years junior level office admin experience
∎ Stationed at NO and sometimes need travel within the Dhaka city, respective Regional Offices, ADP’s as needed.

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
