Job Context:
∎ Joining Date: 01 November`2022
∎ The organization is implementing the project " Emergency response for Availability and Accessibility of Quality MR, PAC Services for Rohingya Refugees supported by UNFPA.
∎ Work Station: Ukhia, Cox`s Bazar
∎ Project Duration: Oct`22 to Dec`22 with a high possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review bill/vouchers and prepare debit/credit/journal vouchers.
∎ Maintain cash book, bank book, general ledger book, debit/credit/journal voucher and other correspondence files.
∎ Update transactions into Tally ERP9 software.
∎ Verify petty cash bill/vouchers, make payment and maintain petty cash fund.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly/half yearly/ yearly financial rand budget variance report.
∎ Maintain bank transaction and obtain bank statement on due time as per need of financial work.
∎ Manage day to day office administration including availability communication and utility services.
∎ Provide needful logistical and procurement support to program activities.
∎ Visit project area, provide necessary support and assist in monitoring and supervision.
∎ Update stock register of project materials and office supplies.
∎ Maintain fixed asset register.
∎ Ensure office accounts are doing smoothly.
∎ Any other project related activities that might be assigned by the management as when be needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 Years' experience in NGO Sector.
∎ 3-5 Years' experience in the following area(s) Accounts, Cash Management and Finance.
∎ Must be experienced in managing accounts Managing Accunts
∎ Should be knowledge about VAT & TAX Law.
∎ Proficient in MS word, Excel ERP Software and online communications
∎ Should have strong communication skills in Bengali and English(both oral and Written)
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
