Job Context:
∎ Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK), a national level non-government women`s organization, mandated to promote gender equality, human rights and fostering personal and political empowerment of women and girls in Bangladesh. NUK extended its eye care services under its integrated health and family development Programme in Kishoreganj district with the mission is to provide high quality eye care services to the rural poor for prevention and control of needless and avoidable blindness in Bangladesh. Now, Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK) operating an independent Kishoreganj Eye Hospital (KEH), Egaroshindur Community Hospital, NUK Eye Hospital and health based donor projects in Kishoreganj District and Dhaka.
∎ Currently, Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK) is looking for a dedicated, hard-working and self-motivated Admin and Accounts Officer who is capable in managing oversight of logistics, procurement, Administrative, office management, travel & lodging arrangement, logistics support for training/meeting/workshop, documentation and maintain all books of accounts proactively;
∎ Candidate who have goal oriented, risk and challenge taker, achiever and adaptive with stressful different level work environment with have relevant field experiences are encouraged to apply confidently.
∎ This is Junior-mid level position. So, senior level and high salary expected candidates are discouraged to apply.
∎ Dhaka. However, frequent travel in outside Dhaka is required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative Job: Manage and prepare Deed, Agreement, house rent, utilities and other things at head office and field offices;
∎ Manage vehicles i.e. papers are up to date and regular maintenance;
∎ Prepare, and submit various papers, reports, documents for Govt. and non-Govt. offices and donors
∎ Work and communicate with various stakeholders with NGO Bureau, Banks and other Govt Departments;
∎ Arrange all type of seminar, workshop, training as per requirement with food and logistic support.
∎ Ensure different Vendor Enlistment and Management;
∎ Logistic and asset management;
∎ Assist department head in organizational different procurement process following the organizational policy;
∎ Accounting Job: Maintain all books of accounts of the projects and maintain bank accounts, cash management, fixed assets management, stock management, advance and reimbursement, audit arrangements, TAX and VAT regulations and compliance with the projects.
∎ Preparing financial reports, ensuring timely submission and claiming timely release of funds for project activities
∎ Examining the expenditure statements sent from project staffs carefully and ensuring the expenditure remains in line with the budget.
∎ Assist in preparing the annual budget of the organization.
∎ Assist the internal and external auditor with all relevant documents;
∎ Ensuring all stock, fixed asset management and inventory are up to date in all programs/units.
∎ Ensuring timely development and submission of periodic reports.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Willingness to frequent field visits in organizational field offices;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Skills Required: Excellent in communication, High interpersonal skill, Multi-tasker, Goal oriented, Analytical skill, Leadership skill, Team Work, problem solving, Office Management.
∎ 3-5 years of experiences in managing oversight of logistics, procurement, Administrative, office management and Accounting job. Experiences in NGO's or Hospitals are preferred;
∎ Have good knowledge of accounts and VAT&TAX regulations;
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and execute tasks in a high-pressure work environment;
∎ Excellent decision making and problem solving ability;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
∎ Advanced level skills in MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, PowerPoint) and typing skill both in Bangla and English;
∎ Ability to frequently move anywhere and motorcycle driving;
∎ Willingness for frequent travels to outside Dhaka in project offices. Candidate who have not willing or problem in traveling is no need to apply.
