∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Excel, Accounting Software.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The job is performing Accounts, Finance & Commercial responsibility with HR & Administrative tasks. Business Operation may have additional responsibility.
∎ Job Location: Lily Rin Tower beside Shimanto Square, House-39, Road-2, (6th floor), Dhanmondi-2, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain Accountings & Financial systems for the office.
∎ Maintain various records properly & and posting in the respective Accounting Software, Bank reconciliation, bank receipts, disbursement, invoices, petty cash and bank vouchers etc. along with all banking & commercial activities.
∎ HR & Admin job in keeping HR related activities and day to day administrative tasks.
∎ Regular, Weekly & Monthly report with periodical analytical report to Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, HR Admin.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts, HR and Admin.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service.
∎ Excel & Understanding of Business and Company Management.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 13000 (Monthly)
