∎ As the Activity Manager for vivo Bangladesh, you will play a critical role in enhancing the visibility and reach of our products in the Dhaka North Region, including Manikganj, Savar, Ashulia, Gazipur, Narsingdi, and Tangail. This position demands a proactive individual who is passionate about planning, executing, and managing activities that drive brand engagement and sales performance.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Plan and organize brand shop activities to enhance customer engagement in the Dhaka North Region.
∎ • Execute big and small-scale events to promote products and elevate brand visibility.
∎ • Lead new product activity launches, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results.
∎ • Design and implement sell-out activities to drive sales performance.
∎ • Develop and present a monthly activity plan aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
∎ • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for effective activity execution.
∎ • Monitor the performance of activities and provide detailed reports for improvement and future planning.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ • Proven experience in activity/event management, preferably in the consumer electronics or retail sector.
∎ • Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
