✓ গ্রাহকের চাহিদা মাফিক তথ্য প্রদান ও অভ্যর্থনা।
✓ রোগীর ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত তথ্য ও সহযোগিতা প্রদান।
✓ টেলিফোনে রোগীকে হাসপাতাল ও ডাক্তার সংক্রান্ত যাবতীয় তথ্য প্রদান।
✓ রোগীর বিল প্রস্তত এবং গ্রহণ করা।
✓ সর্বোপরি অফিস কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত যে কোনো দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
