Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Planning and Analysis:
∎ Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
∎ Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations for strategic financial decisions.
∎ Budgeting and Forecasting:
∎ Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
∎ Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to management.
∎ Forecast financial trends and advise on potential risks and opportunities.
∎ Cash Flow Management:
∎ Manage cash flow by monitoring receivables, payables, and overall liquidity.
∎ Optimize working capital to ensure efficient use of resources.
∎ Implement strategies to improve cash flow and minimize financial risks.
∎ Financial Reporting:
∎ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Stay compliant with accounting standards and regulations.
∎ Present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
