∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Taxations, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, MS Office suites, Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally ERP9 Quick Book), Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Tax, Letter Of Credit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), VAT Tax Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & Maintain VAT Chalan
∎ Prepare & Maintain VAT Purchase register
∎ Prepare & submission of monthly VAT return
∎ Maintain all level of communication with local Tax circle office, custom office, VAT Commission etc
∎ Calculation of VDS & TDS & depositing to bank through treasury chalan
∎ Capable in handling the Tax & VAT related acidities of the company individually & make liason with the authorizes time to time and when required
∎ Travel between factory & head office
∎ Carry out any other task assigned by management
∎ Preparing 'legal documents' for various purposes of the Company
∎ Providing legal opinion regarding any procedural lapse or operational flaw in the Company;
∎ Monitoring, supervising and maintaining liaison with panel lawyers regarding lawsuits
