Job Context:
∎ SA Legal Counsel is looking for experienced Accounts & Tax Officer. The candidate must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for the position.
∎ [Note: Candidate who has previous working experience (2 years above) in a consulting firm and Knowledge of Income Tax Ordinance-1984/The Company Act-1994 will be preferred most.]
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare all kinds of Accounts, Tax and VAT-related documents;
∎ Assist to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports;
∎ Assist to prepare different financial reports for different clients;
∎ Auditing, Tax Planning, and Preparation of Financial Statements;
∎ Prepare monthly & annual financial statements as per accounting standards IAS & IFRS.
∎ Preparing and filling Company Withholding Return U/S 75A;
∎ Preparing and filing annual Return of salary Allowance U/A 108, 108A
∎ Bank reconciliation checking;
∎ Prepare Individual Income Tax and company income tax files;
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Manager.
