Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts Officer (Training) will be responsible for implementing and coordinating all financial and budgetary aspects of program & Planning according to requirement of RDRS Management Training Unit.
∎ The Accounts Officer (Training) will be responsible for overall coordinating and managing all phases of the grant making process for the fund of Training Center with the support and guidance of the Finance and Operations guide. S/he will be reportable to Senior Manager (Training).
∎ Execute all financial activities including forecasting expenditure, funds, transfer requests, payments approval and documentation and field vouchers also billing and adjusting as per organizational requirement.
∎ Review that all financial transactions are undertaken with integrity and cost effectiveness and necessary for the purpose of achieving the goal.
∎ Implement compliance with the RDRS financial policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare budget/forecast variance analysis on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis on training center.
∎ Write and update daily cash book, ledger & maintain bank account.
∎ Prepare monthly payroll for all staff of training Unit.
∎ Maintain sound professional relations with the project bank, and stay up to date with current finance regulations, including tax liabilities to individuals and the Training Unit.
∎ Undertake all banking transaction; include electronic transfers, data entry to the accounting systems, reconciliation of bank statements etc.
∎ Ensure expenditure are properly described, number and code & Coordinate internal and external audits.
∎ Manage and support the process of putting in place a robust filing structure for all financial transactions.
∎ Inform and make aware the finance and operation guide of all issues arising which have contractual or budgetary significance.
∎ Maintenance all document and necessary papers like ensure admin support (drafting letter, filling the documents, preparing AIS & MIS reports, necessary information dissemination.)
∎ The Accounts Officer (Training) may be required to undertake other reasonable tasks, from to time as assigned by the management in a particular context.
∎ Communicate & liaison with outside client for increasing external income.
∎ Visit outside agencies/ organizations and other stakeholders for explore our TC services.
∎ Process and attainment all training related equipment, materials and goods & Storage and maintenance all goods & materials.
∎ Support to others staff of training center.
∎ Assist and support to training organizer/Facilitator during the training period.
∎ Visit & supervise to others Training Centers for update daily cash book, ledger, maintain bank account and AIS & MIS reports budget preparation and ensure quality as well as other financial services.
∎ Prepare and Support to others agencies/organizations training Report as per RDRS management required and organizational need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years experience in relevant work/activity.
∎ Capability of managing training center like preparing Training Plan, Income & Expenditure statement & Record keeping, Supervision and support to TC service.
∎ Computer skill
∎ Communication & Liaison with internal and external client.
∎ Storage and maintenance all goods & materials of Training Center.
Salary: Tk. 23000 - 35500 (Monthly)
