∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of company’s profit & loss statements, balance sheet, and accounting books.
∎ Data entry into accounting software.
∎ Preparation of cheques, bank statements, and client bills.
∎ Maintenance of daily cash vouchers and balance adjustments.
∎ Handling all official bank-related work.
∎ Proper documentation and filing for all overseas and local clients.
∎ Creating and monitoring a system of controls, procedures, and forms.
∎ Recording fixed asset acquisitions in the accounting system.
∎ Verifying and following up on daily office expenses.
∎ Preparing salary sheets for all staff and employees.
∎ Monthly analysis of import & export statements.
∎ Providing daily updates to management.
∎ Preparing monthly ledgers for reporting purposes.
∎ Collaborating with the team and performing any other assigned work.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: 25,000-30,000 Tk (subject to review based on experience)
