∎ The job holder needs to have proven working experience as Accounts Executive.
∎ Work experience in a travel agency will be professed.
∎ Good result in mathematics & accounting subject, young, energetic, dynamic & dedicated people are especially encouraged to apply.
∎ Have honesty and team spirit.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for Accounts Officer for Regency Travels Ltd. at Uttara, Dhaka.
∎ Company Website: www.regencytravelsltd.com.
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the "accounts" function including month and Year-end process.
∎ Manage accounts payable/receivable.
∎ Treasury activities including preparation of weekly and monthly cash flows.
∎ Manage Salary / payroll, gratuity.
∎ Must be IT trained.
∎ Monthly financial statement as per management requirement.
∎ Overview and ensuring all accounts related records completed as per time manner.
∎ Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
∎ Must be able to work on Accounting Programs.
