Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in Accounting
∎ Preferred CA (CC).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements (quarterly, half yearly & yearly)
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
∎ Coordinate and complete annual audits
∎ Provide recommendations to management regarding cost control or other financial issues
∎ Ensure all procedures of making salary payment in a moth
∎ Manage different kinds of supplier and service providers
∎ Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
∎ Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
∎ Meet financial accounting objectives
∎ Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
∎ Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
∎ Supports budget and forecasting activities
∎ Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
∎ Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Negotiable
