Experience:
At least Bachelor in accounting/finance, masters in relevant subject is preferable.
At least 03 years program management (preferably with health program) experience in NGO/INGO.
Demonstrable experience in working closely with the GO, NGO and other departments.
Prepare and manage the project budget and track cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations.
Ensure compliance with donor financial guidelines, policies, and audit requirements.
Support procurement activities as needed, including vendor management and documentation.
Manage project assets and assist in inventory control.
Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documents during audits
Confident with digital tools—Excel and other mobile or cloud-based platforms.
Proven skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report writing.
Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email and web browsing
Ability to travel frequently to field sites within the Upazila
Location and working condition: Patuakhali District, with 60% travel in upazila area.
Reporting: Executive Director, District Coordinator and Award Manager ( Donor Part)
Duration: Duration of the contract will be up to June 30, 2026 ( renewable subject to donor funding)

Summary of the position:
This role involves managing transection, documentation, coordination financial activities, and assisting program teams to achieve organization’s goals efficiently. Process payments, maintain financial records, and prepare regular financial reports for project management and donors.
Responsibilities:

Coordination
Facilitate multi-sectoral coordination at Upazila level (with key relevant sectors)
Participate in the Monthly coordination meeting at Upazila and ensure participation at the union parishad meeting
Coordinate with management for the timely implementation of activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth operations
Administration and Finance:
Ensure the logistic support by communicating through proper channel.
Ensure that all expenditure incurred in accordance with budget line and budget limit.
Others Activities
Conduct / perform any other responsibility when asked for the interest of the Program.
