Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Budget Monitoring: Assist in the monitoring of departmental budgets and financial performance.
Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports as required by management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and account inquiries.
Patient Billing: Handle patient billing processes, ensuring adherence to billing regulations and guidelines.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of hospital supplies and assist in inventory control.
Computer Knowledge: Utilize computer software and applications for financial data management and reporting.
Hospital Software Experience: Proficiency in using hospital software for financial data entry and reporting.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies, providing insights for decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards of NBR regarding tax and VAT.
