Responsibilities & Context:
Financial Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in our hospital software system.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Budget Monitoring: Assist in the monitoring of departmental budgets and financial performance.
Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports as required by management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and account inquiries.
Patient Billing: Handle patient billing processes, ensuring adherence to billing regulations and guidelines.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of hospital supplies and assist in inventory control.
Computer Knowledge: Utilize computer software and applications for financial data management and reporting.
Hospital Software Experience: Proficiency in using hospital software for financial data entry and reporting.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies, providing insights for decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards of NBR regarding tax and VAT.
Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to support financial operations. Other duties assigned by the authority
