∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

∎ Age 25 to 37 years
∎ Should be honest, energetic, hard working and positive in personality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily accounts and financial records.
∎ Prepare financial documents including bills, vouchers, delivery challans, and supporting paperwork.
∎ Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
∎ Manage daily banking operations such as NEFT/RTGS transactions, deposits, withdrawals and bank reconciliations.
∎ Handle online banking and corporate account transactions efficiently and securely.
∎ Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
∎ Maintain and manage petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and approvals for all expenses.
∎ Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities.
∎ Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice generation, tracking, reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
∎ Maintain essential financial registers such as the Cash Book, Bank Book, Purchase and Sales Registers, Journal, and General Ledger.
∎ Handle daily petty cash disbursements, ensuring all expenses are backed by valid bills and vouchers.
∎ Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
