Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ CA(CC) from a renowned chartered accountancy firm in Bangladesh or ICMAB (part qualified).
∎ Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting/Business studies/Finance & Banking)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge of Accounting Software.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, data Accounts statements (Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly & yearly), and requesting disbursement.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ To Check & Process Vouchers, Bills & Statements for payment with due approvals.
∎ To Prepare & Process related documents of daily financial transactions for approval.
∎ To Record & Ensure on a daily basis accurate balancing of transactions in Books of Accounts.
∎ Maintain all Financial Documents and Files as directed and in an organized manner.
∎ To Ensure that the approved Chart of Accounts is strictly followed in all accounting entries.
∎ Prepare Monthly and Yearly Bank Reconciliation Statements.
∎ Prepare Comparative Monthly Financial Statements (Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Notes to Accounts, and Fixed Asset Statements).
∎ To Prepare feasibility reports as and when required.
∎ To Ensure strict confidentiality of company information and safety and security of financial and other documents.
∎ To Deal with and be fully updated on all Tax & VAT issues and matters of compliance.
∎ Have a good knowledge related to bank issues
