• 5+ years in account management, ideally in real estate or hospitality Management.
• Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and attention to detail; CRM and financial reporting experience.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, or Hospitality (MBA preferred).

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements, including income & expenditure statements, balance sheets, Trail balance and cash flow reports.
• Manage Transactions: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in creating and monitoring budgets, financial forecasts, and expense tracking.
• Payroll Management: Process and manage employee payroll, taxes, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks.
• Bank Transaction: Maintain Bank Transaction, Monitoring, Record Keeping.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and coordination with auditors when necessary.
