∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Textile, Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up and Maintain Bank Receipt Voucher for all Bank Receipt & Bank Payment Voucher for all Bank Payment.
∎ Review of daily statement & ensure any posting pending in Tally Software.
∎ Prepare of Daily Bank Position Statement & Daily Cheque Issue Register.
∎ Monthly salary payment through Rocket and bank A/C.
∎ Prepare Loan Repayment Schedule & Continuous follow up of Payment.
∎ Prepare BBLC Payment Schedule & Continuous follow up Payment.
∎ Re-checking L/C acceptance Document & Local Bill with MRR, PI, Budget & work order.
∎ Maintain Commutation with Bank and others financial Officials.
∎ Monthly Reporting - Department wise Profit & Loss Accounts ( PAL, PWFL, Woven-Garments, & AOP)
∎ Monthly Reporting - Department wise Profit & Loss Accounts ( PAL, PWFL, Woven-Germents,AOP)
∎ Follow up Party wise Collection & Outstanding Position.
∎ Fund Management.
∎ Follow up Party wise Collection & Outstanding Position.
∎ Follow up and maintain BBLC, Export LC, Row Material LC, and Machinery LC.
∎ Yearly Financial Reporting such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/C, Cash flow Statement, Fixed Asset, etc
∎ Any other works as & when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Tally ERP 9 software knowledgeable person get more priority.
